Using this online service, you can register to vote in New Mexico. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time on the twenty-eighth day immediately preceding any election. Once your county clerk successfully processes your voter registration application, you will receive confirmation by mail from the county clerk.
In order to register as a new voter or update your registration online, your personal information must match the information that is on file with the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). These are the things that must match:

• Your social security number,
• Your driver’s license number or state identification number, and
• Your date of birth.
