If your Waco water service has been disconnected for non-payment, paying the balance due does not automatically restore service. To have service restored, you must call the city customer service agent at the number above and also pay a $50 reconnection fee.

When are taxes due for the current year?

Taxes are due on receipt of the tax bill and are delinquent if not paid before February 1st of the year following the year in which imposed. If January 31 falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, taxes are due on the next regular business day.

Accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Pay by Credit Card or E-Checking A convenience fee of 2.19% and a $1.50 flat fee for electronic check will be applied and paid directly to Certified Payments. To pay your Tax Bill you will need: E-Checking: Property tax account number and Bank account information. Credit Card: Property tax account number and Bureau Code 7575130. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
