The City of North Las Vegas's Parks & Recreation Online allows prospective participants to browse, register, and pay for programs offered at Silver Mesa Recreation Center, Neighborhood Recreation Center and Safekey. To make online payments, a valid American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard is required. If you have previously registered for classes at Neighborhood Recreation Center, Silver Mesa Recreation Center, Safekey, Aquatics, and/or Sports you are already in our computer system and will have a login and password. Please contact either recreation center to obtain that information before creating a new account.
