Can I pay my bill online or by phone?

What happens if I’m late paying my bill?
If we have not received payment by the due date posted on your bill, you will pay a late fee of 5% the total amount of the bill. You will also be charged a final notice fee of $1.50. If payment is not received by 9 a.m. on the due date posted on the final bill, you will be charged a $40 cut-off list fee, and service will be disconnected. Amount due and fees must be paid before service is restored. If this full amount is not paid in 30 days, a 1% charge will be added each 30 day period.
Are all meters read each billing period?
Yes. The only time your usage is estimated is in bad weather (snow / ice) or due to obstruction of the meter. (cars, bushes, etc.)
