Bills are mailed around the 10th of the month and are due on the 28th of the month. Bills are for previous months’ usage. Ex: Your June 10th bill is for the April-May reading period. 

All bills not paid by the due date are subject to late fees or disconnection. The late fee is $5.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) per account and re-connection after disconnecting for failure to pay is $40.00. Re-connection after hours is $80.00.

Central Rankin Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

• Pay Your Bill Online or by Phone

Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7.  They accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa. Have your account number handy. Just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.  It will be a minimal charge of $2.00 or more depending on the amount of the bill if you use this service.  Or you could call 1-844-348-0392 to pay over the phone.

• Payment by Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub to P.O. Box 418 Star, MS 39167.

• Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, you will still receive a paper bill on or near the 1st of the month; but the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water account on or near the 20th. • Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at 832 Seventh Day Rd. They accept checks, money orders, or credit/debit cards. Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00-3:00; closing for lunch 12:00-1:00. If you are unable to make it during regular office hours there is a 24/7 drop box located in the drive-thru.

• Payment through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
