How can I pay my utility bill?

In person.  You may pay your utility bill  in person at the Utility Billing Payment Center located 2925 Dr Martin  Luther King Jr. Blvd. Fort Myers 33916.

Online. You may pay your utility bill on line by visiting www.cityftmyers.com/billpay to access your account.

By mail.   You may send your payment by mail to: Post Office Box 30185 Tampa, FL  33630-3185.  Please allow an additional 5-7 days for mailing and  processing.

Can I have water without a meter?

No, as long as municipal services are available.  Per City Code of Ordinances Sec. 90-43. 

How do I read my meter?

You read your meter from left to right starting with the first digit  that is not a “0”, reading all the numbers until the decimal point. 

Can I have my utility bill auto deducted/drafted from my account each month?

Yes.  Please call customer service at (239) 321-8100, or come in person to set up.
