Bills are due monthly and are mailed 19 days before the due date. Bills are due on Monday, the due date may vary. See “Billing Info” page for district due dates. A delinquency charge of 5% will be added to your total charges if not paid by 4:30pm on the due date. Failure to receive bill does not waive penalty. 

If you have purchased a new property, you will need to come into our office to sign up for service. We have a contract card that needs to be signed by the property owner. A final reading will need to be scheduled to start your service. If the water service is shut off at the property, someone will have to be at the home when the service is restored. If you are renting a property, we can set up your service over the phone. If the water service is off, someone will have to be at the home when the service is restored.
