What are the ways to pay the utility bills?
PAY ONLINE
ONE-TIME PAYMENTS
Make a one-time payment: QuickPay
All you need is your CFPUA account number, which can be found on your bill.
REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE ACCOUNT
Register an online account and set up recurring payments: Customer Self-Service portal
Set up secure payments online with your Master Card, Visa, or checking account and review your bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To use the Customer Self-Service portal, you must have:
o An email address. Your Verification Code will be sent to this account.
o An Internet browser (Recommended: Chrome, Firefox).
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS
In addition to the online service, CFPUA offers you other convenient payment options.
o Automatic Bank Draft Services
To set up an automatic bank draft, submit the Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF) via email, fax, or in person at one of our payment centers located at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
o Debit or Credit Card Payments
To make a credit card payment, contact Customer Service at 910-332-6550 or visit one of our payment centers located at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a $3.75 fee for credit card payments per every increment of $500.
o Cash or Check Payment
Visit one of the payment centers at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to pay by cash or check, or send your check payable to:

How are stormwater fees calculated and collected?
Stormwater fees are based on the amount of impervious (hard) surface area on a property and the cost of providing comprehensive stormwater management:
Single Family households pay a basic flat rate of $8.35 per month ($16.70 per bi-monthly utility bill).
Commercial–type properties typically have more impervious surface area than residential properties, thus creating more runoff and a greater burden on the stormwater drainage system. To determine commercial fees, the City measures the amount of impervious surface area on a property, and owners are charged $8.35 per month for every 2,500 square feet of impervious surface (1 ERU).
