Bank Draft

Set up your bill to automatically pay by bank draft monthly.   Click here for form.  Return the completed form to Utility Billing department with a voided check.   There is no charge for this service.  This process takes approximately 30 days to take effect.

In Person, Mail or Night box

Pay your bill at the Utility Billing office located at 7105 Whitley Road, Watauga, Texas, 76148.  There is a night box located by the front doors of City Hall.   Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, except for City Holidays.  The night box is available to drop off payments any time of the day or night.
