What is an online utility bill system?

Make your secure Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) payment by electronic check or credit card.
For a one-time payment, sign in to your AccessBROWARD account and follow the instructions. If this is your first online payment, you will need to create an AccessBROWARD account and link the WWS account(s) you wish to pay online. Your credit card information is not stored so you will need to access your account every month to make an online payment.
 

You can now sign up for automatic payment from your checking or savings account and your bill will always be paid on time! This convenient option saves you time and money and conserves natural resources.
Contact the Customer Service Center if you need assistance at water@broward.org or 954-831-3250 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:45 PM. 

What are the authorized payment locations?

 WWS customers can only make payments through one of the following four methods:
1. Pay By Phone at 954-831-3250
2. Pay by Website - WWS Customer Service
3. Pay at one of two WWS customer service Centers at Pompano or Lauderdale Lakes
4. Pay by cash at any Amscot location.
