You can make a one-time quick payment or register to create an account access to our features to Set up paperless billing and manage monthly AutoPay options. 

Payments made prior to midnight will be posted to your account the next business day.

FAQs

What are the ways to pay the utility bills?

Pay online:
Payments received before 2 pm will be posted next business day M-F excluding holidays. Payments received after 2 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day and posted the following business day M-F excluding holidays
 

If your payment is past due, scheduled to be shut off, or already shut off, DO NOT make your payment online. You must contact the Customer Service Center at 772-462-1150
By mail:
Payments are posted the same day mail arrives in the Utilities Office M-F excluding holidays.
 

In-person:
Payments accepted 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Credit/ Debit Cards only same-day posting if paid before 4:30 p.m.
 

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
 

Your checking/savings account will be debited on the due date of your bill.
 

Telephone:
Payments accepted 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Credit/ Debit Cards only same-day posting if paid before 4:30 pm.
Your bank:
Check with your bank when they will process and mail a check on your behalf 

How do I change my billing address?

 There are three ways to change your billing address:
1. Call St Lucie County Utilities Customer Service at 772-462-1150
2. Email Customer Service at utilities_customer_service@stlucieco.org
3. Fill in the change of mailing address on the back of the payment stub and remit it to St Lucie County Utilities Customer Service. 

What services does the St Lucie County Utilities Department Provide?

The Department provides Potable Water (Drinking), Wastewater (Sewer), and Reclaimed Water (Processed wastewater suitable for irrigation), to residences and businesses in the unincorporated portion of St Lucie County. Reclaimed Water is not available for single-family homes
