Polk County Utilities accepts payments made through automatic bank drafting, through the internet and through the IVR, interactive voice response, by dialing (863) 298-4100 and simply following the prompts.

Utility payments must be received by 4 p.m. for same day posting. Utility payments can be mailed to Polk County Utilities' post office box and can be paid in person at any Amscot office. Amscot payments must be received by 4 p.m. for same day posting. Payment drop boxes are also available at 1011 Jim Keene Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33880 and at the Polk County Administration Building parking lot at 330 W. Church St. in Bartow. Polk County Utilities accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express in addition to cash or check as payment methods.
