What information do I need to have to make a payment using the automated phone system?

 For credit/debit cards: card number, expiration date, billing zip code, and (for credit cards only) the CVV number commonly found on the back next to your signature. For e-checks, you’ll need the account and routing numbers from your checking account. For all options, you will also need your Orange County utility account number. If you do not have your account number handy, please call from the phone number associated with your account so the system can access that information. 

I need the details of services, like bills, when will I get the bill, and when I am supposed to pay it?

First of all, you need to activate the services by filling the link form or you may also call at 714-744-2233.

Secondly, the services for which you are supposed to pay the bill are water services, sanitation services, and the voluntary paramedic subscription program.

You'll receive the bill monthly. 

Payments shall be made within the 25 days as the bill dates. Payments paid after the due date will be considered late and a penalty fee will be charged for it. If the bill is still not paid for like after 45 days of the due date the service connection will be disconnected.
