FAQs
When are utility bill payments due?
Payments are generally due within 30 days from the bill date. Payments received after the "Delinquent after date" are subject to a 10% penalty. If the bill remains unpaid after 60 days from the bill date the account is subject to disconnection and further services charges will apply.
What are my payment options?
Online Payments
You can make a one-time payment, or register so you can make automatic payments via credit card or checking account, sign up for paperless billing, and manage multiple accounts.
Mail
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for timely payments to be received by mail.
