If you stop average monthly billing, the balance will be added/subtracted to your next bill.
You are eligible for average monthly billing if you:
• Are a residential customer (single-family dwelling, duplex, or mobile home)
• Have water service
• Have received at least one utility bill
• Enrolled in AutoPay
• The account is not past due
