Yes. The city has added the option to have your utility bill emailed to the email address of your choice Simply contact the Customer Service Department by mail or in person. This will eliminate the need to wait on the mail carrier each month, therefore allowing more time to manage your monthly bills.
Am I able to set up a payment arrangement for my utility bill?
Requests for payment arrangements should be emailed to arr@norcrossga.net no later than the day before the due date printed on your monthly bill. The customer service staff will review and respond to your request within 24 hours.
Can my utility payment be deducted automatically from my bank account?
Yes. Enrolling in the bank draft program allows for the automatic debit of your monthly utility bill from your bank account on the 7th of the month. There is currently no cost for this service. You will continue to receive a monthly bill for review. Simply complete the ACH form , attach a voided check, and mail them to 65 Lawrenceville St., Norcross, GA 30071.
