What are the ways to pay the utility bills?

On the Internet:
You may pay your bill online by going to the City of Dallas ePay site. Once you enroll in this service you can pay your bill online each month. Payments will be posted to your account within 2 business days. You must provide an e-mail address so that an e-mail can be sent to you each month when your bill has been posted. You will be able to view your bills online for 13 months. There is no charge for this service.
 

AutoPay
AutoPay is easy and convenient. It allows for an automatic debit from your checking, savings, or credit card account. The charges will be debited from your account and credited to your water bill account each month on the due date of your water bill. There is no charge for this service. Autopay can be initiated online at the City of Dallas ePay site and you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions in the FAQ section of the sign-in page.
 

By Mail
Enclose the bottom portion of your statement with your payment in the return envelope provided. Do not mail cash. Use a check or money order when paying by mail.

At a Pay Station

Night Deposit Box
A night deposit box is located at Dallas City Hall on Marilla Street between Ervay and Akard. 

What are the Reasons for Service Cut-Off?

Water service may be terminated for any of the following reasons
• Failure to pay a bill;
• Failure to pay a requested deposit;
• Failure to arrange payment of a returned check;
• Unauthorized connection to the water supply system;
• Tampering with meters or other DWU equipment;
• Violation of any water or wastewater-related City of Dallas ordinances; or,
• When a customer creates a hazardous condition by leaving water on too long.
