Using the City of Mesa 'My Utility Account', customers register and pay their bill with a credit card or bank draft. You can also setup automatic payments for each billing period. 

A 2.37% Service Fee will be charged when a credit or debit card is used for utility bill payments using this service.

What should I do to improve the security of my account information?

 

You'll never asked for your user name or password information by the city of Mesa. If you receive such calls or messages requesting this type of information, you are recommended not to even reply. Contact the city office for details.

For the proper working of your browser, it must have javascript enabled, and cookies allowed. You can turn on the javascript and cookies for sessions with your browser, and you can turn them off when it is finished.

If you don't feel safe in paying online, you can disallow access to your account information at any time by contacting customer service at 480-644-2221.
