Manteca City Utility bill is sent out every month. Payment is due on the 15th of each month with a grace period to that last working day of the month.

Payments received after the delinquent date will be subject to late fees/penalties. 

The City of Manteca offers reduced rates for qualified low income seniors to assist with their utility bills.

You will need to contact the Finance Department to apply & approval with all required income and age verification details.

You can pay your water bill using the following methods:               

• Pay-by-phone: Using the city's automated phone system to pay your utility bill using VISA Mastercard, or Discover credit cards. This option is available 24/7 at no cost for the customer. Please call 209-456-8740 and follow the prompts to make a payment.
  
• Pay By Mail: You can mail in your check or money order to the following address:

  Please make checks payable to City of Manteca.
  
• Pay In Person: You can make in person payments at the Finance Department in the Manteca City Hall during normal business hours.
  
  After hours, you may drop your check or money order in the drop box located in the parking lot.
  
• Utility Services-Online Payment:  You may pay your bill online with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card by clicking "PAY NOW" button above.
