The city of Lubbock Utilities lets you extend your current payment due date. To enroll, call 806-775-2509 and follow the prompts, or log in to your City of Lubbock utility account and select 'Payment Arrangement' from the main dropdown menu.
What are the ways to pay?
The city of Lubbock Utilities offers our customers several convenient ways to pay your bill:
24-Hour Drive-Thru
Pay on the go! Use the drive-thru automated kiosk to pay by cash, check, debit, or credit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Online
Log into your City of Lubbock Utilities account from any device to see your account details and pay using your bank account, debit, or credit card.
Online (No Registration)
You can make a one-time EZ-PAY online payment by scanning the QR code on your bill or visiting the EZ-PAY website.
Automatic Payments
To set up a recurring monthly payment for your City of Lubbock utility account, log in to your account and click Auto Pay or call 806-775-2509.
By Phone
Call 806-775-2509 with your bank information or debit or credit card and follow the prompts.
In-Person
Pay using one of the automated self-service kiosks in the lobby at 1401 Avenue K.
Lobby hours are M-F, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
