How do I pay my utility bill online?

If you would like to pay your utility bill online you must register online first. To do that, we will need your Social Security number in our billing system for security purposes, and you will need your account number from a monthly billing statement when you register. How to arrange payment for a past-due bill?

Utility bills are mailed every 30 days. The due date for your bill is printed on the bill. If you are unable to pay by the date noted on your bill and you wish to make a payment arrangement, please call Utility Billing Customer Service at (303) 651-8664 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. Payment arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay your bill may result in your service being disconnected.
If you receive a disconnect notice and payment has been made, please call Utility Billing Customer Service at (303) 651-8664 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.
A drop box for payment is located across the street from the Civic Center on Kimbark Street between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue. Drop box payments must be received before 6 am Monday through Friday to be posted the same day. For your protection, do not place cash in the drop boxes. Please call (303) 651-8664 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday if you have questions.

What is the easiest way to pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online, mail your payment with your monthly bill stub, pay at the Civic Center at either the Cashier or Utility Billing window, drop your payment and bill stub in the drop box across the street from the Civic Center, or sign up for electronic bill payment. The Civic Center is located at 350 Kimbark Street and is open to customers for payments Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 am to 6 pm. You can charge your bill to a debit or credit card by calling (303) 651-8664 weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. You also can pay your bill with a debit or credit card 24 hours a day with the automated bill pay system. Call (303) 774-4370 and select option 4. Click on the links below for more information.
