What are the options to pay a utility bill in Lodi, CA?

Pay In Person: The City of Lodi Utility service customers may make payments in person at the utility office located at 130 South Main Street (City Hall) during normal business hours, Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

A drop box is also located at the entrance of City Hall for customer's convenience. 

Pay by Mail:  Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month's utility bill. Or if you'd like, enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to the address provided at the top of the bill. 

If you choose to pay by mail, please send a check or money order only. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment.

Pay by Telephone: 

Lodi Utilities offers credit/debit card or checking/saving account payments through Payment Service Network (PSN). You may make payments by calling 1-866-917-7368 and choosing Option 1.

Please have your utility bill handy to provide your account number. There is a $2.95 fee per transaction along with a maximum payment of $300.  PSN will allow you to make multiple transactions should your bill exceed the maximum amount. Your account will be credited the following business day.

Pay Online: You can pay your utility bill online by clicking the "PAY NOW" button above.
