Utility accounts in Lawrenceville with an outstanding balance 20 days after the original billing date are subject to disconnection for non-payment. A $30 cutoff administrative fee will be charged to all customers who have not made a payment in full through the website, in the office, or by phone before the day that services are subject to disconnection.

Customers who make a payment after 4 p.m. on the day of disconnection and wish for their services to be restored the same day will be charged a $45 after-hours fee in addition to the $30 cutoff administration fee.
