When do I have to pay my water bill?
The 20th of the month. If you account is delinquent for more than 60 days and over $200, service may be disconnected for non payment.
Why I am I charged Tax on my utility bill?
Florida Statutes 166.231 authorizes municipalities to levy a public service tax not to exceed 10 percent on the purchase of water service. The Town Ordinance 28-59, authorizes the town to levy 10% on the utility bill. This shows up as Sales Tax on your utility bill due to software limitations.
