Then log in to your account and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. There is a third-party convenience fee of 2.75% per transaction for debit and credit cards, and it is FREE for electronic transfers from your checking or savings account.
 

Option 3: Pay by Phone (Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check)
You can call 1-877-885-7968 to pay with a credit card, debit card or checking/savings account payment. Make sure you have your utility bill to provide your utility account number and ZIP code. There is a third-party convenience fee of 2.75% per transaction for debit and credit cards, and it is FREE for electronic transfers from your checking or savings account.
