Make a payment through the secure payment processor, PSN. You can make a one-time payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill or a fixed amount per transaction. You can also print PSN payment receipts, view your bills, change how you pay, cancel Auto-Payments, and much more, instantaneously. Never be late and have late fees assessed when you process your payment on or before the due date. A payment posts the same day you make it as long as the funds are available. Once you register, it's a 3-step process after that. There is a third-party convenience fee of 2.75% per transaction for debit and credit cards, and it is FREE for electronic transfers from your checking or savings account.
 

Option 2: Mobile Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check)
Once you have registered online, you can download the free “PSN Payments” application (Compatible with any iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet). Then log in to your account and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. There is a third-party convenience fee of 2.75% per transaction for debit and credit cards, and it is FREE for electronic transfers from your checking or savings account.
 

Option 3: Pay by Phone (Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check)
You can call 1-877-885-7968 to pay with a credit card, debit card or checking/savings account payment. Make sure you have your utility bill to provide your utility account number and ZIP code. There is a third-party convenience fee of 2.75% per transaction for debit and credit cards, and it is FREE for electronic transfers from your checking or savings account.

The La Crosse Utilities Bill is a lien against the property. This means the property owner is responsible for all La Crosse utility charges issued for the property. If you own the parcel, you own the La Crosse utility bill charges that are attached to the parcel whether it is owner occupied or a rental.
