And pay your bill with a text reply using your default payment method. Just simple online registration.   

Can I pay my utility bill online?

Yes, you can. For this, there is no extra fee to pay an online bill. And maximum billing payment with debit and credit card is $1,100. But there is no maximum for e-check payments.
