Pay in Person: You can make your payment directly to a Customer Service Representative at City Hall (250 N. 5th St.).  The City Hall is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Pay by Phone: Pay your utility bill over the phone by calling  970-255-2323.  This automated phone system is available 24-hours a day. There is a processing fee of $1.99 per transaction.

Automatic Draft: There is no need to write a check, buy postage stamps or drive to the nearest drop box to pay your utility bill each month. By signing up for our Automatic Draft Program, your City utility bill payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month, at no additional cost to you. You will need to fill an authorization form to enable this option.
