What is the procedure to start or stop any service?
To start a service just call 623-930-3190 and follow the instructions. the available services are water, sewer, trash, and irrigation. To start the service you'll need to apply for it in advance of at least one business day. you will be charged an amount of $25.77 on your first bill only. The process can be done over a call or in person. The deposit is needed to be done at the time of set up. For the payment credit/debit is acceptable if paying on phone.

What are the utility bill payment methods?
Online or Electronic payment through the online payment portal. Use your phone to make a call to 623-930-3639 and pay the bill.
Dropbox only accepts checks and money orders, it is located on the first floor of the address 5850 W Glendale Ave #10 right next to the main entrance.
Keep in mind payments dropped before 7.a.m on Monday to Friday will be posted on the same day, but after 7.a.m payments will be posted in the next business day if there is a holiday in between.
