Utility bills are mailed on or around the 22nd of each month and due on the 7th of the following month by the close of business (5:00 p.m.) in order to avoid any late fees.  If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such period will be automatically extended to include the following first full business day.
