Chino City Utility bills can be paid using one of the following methods:

• Pay by Mail: You can mail a personal or company check to City Hall using the return envelope provided with your utility bill. 
• Pay in Person: Cash and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) payments for your utility bills may be made in person at Chino City Hall during normal business hours.
  
  You can also drop your payment off at the convenient drive-up payment box located in the west parking lot behind City Hall; entry to the parking lot is available from Chino Avenue or Sixth Street. You can also use the payment boxes located on the building wall next to the east entrance to City Hall, or the drop payment box located in the lobby of City Hall.
  
• Pay by Phone: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) payments are accepted over the telephone.
