The water bills are mailed out on the last working day of the month, and are due by the 15th of each month. A 10 percent late fee is applied after the 15th.

We accept cash (in person only), checks, money orders, debit cards, and credit cards. We also offer bank draft, which is taken from your bank account on the 8th of each month.

Bills may also be dropped in one of two night drops we offer. They are located on the front of our building and north of our building across the street. (Utility Payment Policy)

Customer-Service-Agreement & Application for service
There are a couple of options available to you to set up services with the City of Canyon

• Come into our office (you can print out our Customer-Service-Agreement & Application for service and bring it with you if you choose or you can complete one in the office). This option provides for same day services if completed prior to 4:30 pm
