What options do I have to pay for utility bill?
MAIL: Enclose the bottom portion of your statement with your payment and mail to:

PHONE: You may pay your bill by phone by calling the Utility Billing Department at (903) 894-7223 ext. 101 during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
DROP BOX: A night deposit box is located on the Northeast side of City Hall, at 114 S. Phillips Street. Payments placed in the drop box are processed the next business day after 8:00 a.m.
Can I pay my bill online?
You may pay your bill online. Enter in the bill amount in the correct field, and then click "continue". Enter your payment and billing information in the fields provided, be sure to include your account number in the "Customer ID" field to ensure your bill is paid correctly. There is a 3% charge for online payments.
