Water, Sewer, and Garbage Utility ServicesTo start or stop services, or for billing questions call the Utility Service Center at 406-657-8315. Open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMFor after-hours emergencies call 406-657-8353 Payments may be made through these methods: Service Counter (This service is currently suspended due to COVID-19):

How to get an online permit?
To access account history, the Planning and Building Divisions offer customers this way, to apply and pay for permits with a credit card.
REGISTERED/LOGGED IN USER OPTIONS:
Building Permits: Apply/pay for Residential/Commercial Permits. Planning Permits: Apply/pay for Fence, Sign, Zoning Clarification, Zoning Compliance.
