If making a payment at a local bank, your bill must be paid prior to the due date, to ensure the payment is received on time. You must present utility bill at time of payment. Payments made after 5:00 pm will not be posted until the next business day.

Bank Draft:

Albany Utilities offers a Bank Draft program for your convenience. Proper identification and a voided check for the bank account is required. The bank draft will be deducted from the bank account on the due date of the bill. Please allow four to six weeks to process.
