What is the billing cycle for sewer bills in Las Vegas?

Las Vegas Sewer Accounts are billed on a quarterly basis. 

What does “Balance Forward” mean on my Las Vegas Sewer account?

Balance Forward can be found on the Recent Payment History tab on the home page of your Las Vegas Sewer account.

When the previous balance has not been paid, it will be moved and added to the new quarter invoice. Balance Forward is not a successful payment to the account. If you see this on your account, please. make sure to check your personal payment history to verify no payments have been missed.

Where can I make in person payments for my Las Vegas Sewer Bills?

You can make in-person payments at the City of Las Vegas Sewer Billing Department located on the 4th Floor, 495 S. Main St.

The billing department's office hours are from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday – Thursday. 

Where do I mail check payments for sewer bills?

You can send in Check payments for your Las Vegas Sewers bills directly to the City's payment center at

If you are a residential customer, please send a remittance for each individual account that is being paid.
