Personal Property Taxes are due to the Assessor's Office by May 15th of each year.
After the hearing for the property tax appeal, the information reducing your tax bill is sent from the assessor’s office to the County Auditor. It is in the Auditor’s Office that the change is made. The change may result in a payment surplus or a commissioners’ refund.
You will receive one mailing each year, which will include both spring and Fall Installment billings.
