Where do I have to mail my tax payment?
If you want to pay your tax by mail, please make sure your check must be payable to Saratoga county and mail it to the following address.

When will my taxes become delinquent?
Property taxes are due by April 1st in Saratoga County. If you don't pay by the due date, your tax will become delinquent after April 1st. You will be charged a penalty fee plus interest. Delinquent taxes are collected by the Treasurer of the county.
Which properties are exempted from paying tax?
In Saratoga county, all properties are assessed but not all are taxable. Some properties are completely exempted from taxes like religious or government organizations. While some properties are partially exempted from tax like disabled veteran's property or senior citizen's property or homeowners who are selected for the School Tax Relief program (STAR).
