Pay San Juan County, New Mexico Property Tax Bills Online using this service.
Tax Bills are mailed out by November 1 every year. The FULL AMOUNT OR the FIRST HALF of the property tax is due November 10th and becomes delinquent if not paid by close of business day on December 10.
In general, you can expect your home's assessed value to amount to about 80% to 90% of its market value. Payment can be made one of four ways;
1. in person through Treasurer's office windows,
2. mailed to the processing center at P.O. BOX 912720, Denver, CO 80291-2720,
3. mailed to the physical address at 100 S. Oliver Dr., St. 300, Aztec, NM 87410, or
4. it can also be done online.
A valid mailing address is needed for the tax bill to be delivered in a timely manner. Please contact the Assessor's office at 505-334-6157 to update your mailing address.
