When will I receive my property tax statement in San Joaquin county?

In San Joaquin county, property tax statements are usually mailed out in the month of October. If you don't receive your tax statement till November 1, then contact the Assessor's office as soon as possible.

When are property taxes due?

You can pay your tax in two installments. The first installment is payable from November 1 to December 10. The second installment is payable from February 1 to April 10. You can also pay your tax after the due date of the first installment. Your tax will become delinquent if you don't pay by the due date.

What if I am not satisfied with the assessed value of my property?

It is the duty of the Assessor to assess all properties within the county. If you are not satisfied with the assessed value of your property then you can contact the Assessor's office. Either visit their office located at:
