In July each year, you should receive a tax ticket(s) for your personal and real property taxes for the previous year's property.  To receive a full discount (no interest) pay all taxes in full by September 1.  Taxes can be paid in halves, with final payment due by April 30 to avoid delinquency status and additional fees.
