When are property taxes due?
Property Taxes are billed in July of each year and due on September 1st, but are not considered late and subject to interest being added or enforced collections measured until they become delinquent on January 6th.
How is my real estate value determined?
Real estate is valued based on the condition on January 1st of that year, applied to the schedule of values adopted by the County Commissioners. All properties are revalued every four years and a new schedule is created.
