Property taxes are payable from October 1st to October 31st in the county administration building. You can drop your property tax payments in the drop box located inside the building with your Real Estate ID #  and have your contact number on it. The tax will become delinquent after October 31st.

When will property taxes become delinquent?

The deadline for the first installment is April 30th and the second installment is October 30th. After the due date, your taxes will become delinquent and you will be charged a penalty plus interest. Interest will be added to your tax bill every month until you pay.
