What options do I have to pay property taxes?

PAYMENTS BY MAIL:
Please send the bill stub along with your check. The check can be made payable to “Donna L. Landis, Treasurer”. Your envelope must be postmarked (with the United States Post Office postmark not a private meter) by the last day of the collection (the due date); otherwise, state law requires us to add a 10% penalty. The due date for the collection and the mailing address is on your bill. If you wish to receive a receipt return the whole tax bill with your payment along with a self stamp addressed envelope.

PAYMENTS IN PERSON:
The Treasurer’s Office is in the Court House, on the main floor. The address is 1 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140. Our regular office hours are 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday. If you pay in person, you MUST do so by the last day of the collection to avoid a penalty.

Night Deposit Boxes:
There is a night deposit box located on the south side of the Court House (the doors that face High St) and a white night box on the west side of the building (facing Main Street) for your convenience in paying taxes after hours, weekends and holidays.
