Tax deferrals are granted to the principle residence homeowner who is totally and permanently disabled, blind, paraplegic, quadriplegic, hemiplegics, 62 years of age or older, the unmarried surviving spouse of a person who was 62 years of age or older at the time of death, eligible service person, eligible veteran or an eligible widow or widower and whose total household income in the prior tax year did not exceed $40,000.

What are the due dates for Property Taxes in the City of Livonia, Michigan?

Summer Taxes are mailed the first week of July. Taxes are payable without penalty through September 14th.

Winter Taxes are mailed the first week of December. Winter taxes are payable without penalty through February 14th.

All delinquent tax payments on REAL and PERSONAL PROPERTY will include a 4% penalty plus 1% interest per month.
