When are my taxes delinquent?
The first half of each year's property taxes become delinquent after November 1st and the second half becomes delinquent after May 1st. If you pay the full year by December 31st, no interest will be due.
Where can I pay my tax?
Property taxes can be paid at our office at 1112 Suite #203 Joshua Avenue, Parker, AZ. They can also be paid via the payment link on this website or by calling (877) 690-3729. There is a nominal convenience fee charged for these services. If it is after hours and you are paying by check, you may use our front door payment drop.
When are my taxes due?
Property taxes are due October 1st for the first half and March 1st of the following year for the second half.
