FAQs

My mortgage company pays my property tax. Then why did I receive the tax bill?

If your property tax is being paid by your mortgage company, then please forward your tax bill to them as soon as possible so they can pay by the due date. You must keep an eye on your all bills to check either your bills are being paid by the due date or not. Mortgage companies usually choose to pay through a processing company and the processing companies submit the tax in the last week of the due date. So you must keep on checking that your taxes are not being late.
