When are my taxes mailed?

Real Estate and Personal property tax statements are mailed annually around July 15th. Real Estate tax statements are mailed to the name and address listed on the deed as of July 1 of the previous year unless a different address or name is provided to our office. Personal property tax statements are mailed based on the assessment submitted the previous year to the Assessor’s Office.

What are the payment options I have?

Payments can be submitted by mail, in person, over the phone, or online. Our office currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards with an additional convenience fee. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

What if my taxes become delinquent?

If taxes are not paid on or before the date on which they become delinquent, including both first and second installments, interest at the rate of nine percent per annum shall be added from the date they become delinquent until paid.
