The first installment of your property tax is due on February 5th and the second payment is due on July 20th. if the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment is due on the next working day.

Payments made after February 5th and/or July 20th will incur a 5% penalty for the first 10 days and 10% penalty thereafter.

The person applying must be 65 or older, or be permanently disabled, and they must own and reside in the residence receiving exemption; be a surviving spouse between the ages of 59 - 64 whose property was already receiving exeption; or file an application wth the Auditor by the first Monday in June.
