FAQs

When are my real estate taxes due?

Tax bills are mailed out twice each year, typically in January and June. The due date for payment is usually a month later, in February and July.

Why do the due dates for payment change?

The due date for payment of real estate taxes is established by the Treasurer but is dependent on when the Auditor provides the actual computer file of correctly calculated tax amounts.
