The following are the options to pay your parking citation issued by Paramount City, California: 

• Pay by Phone: You can pay your ticket on the phone by calling (800) 989-2058. You will need your citation number and/or your license plate number.
  
• Pay in Person: You can make your ticket payments in person at the following two locations.
  
  1) At the Paramount Sheriff’s Station Monday thru Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily and/or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during holidays
  
  2) At Paramount City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily; closed during holidays.
  
• Pay by Mail: For payment(s) made by mail, please mail them to the following address:

  Newport Beach, CA 92658-7275
  
  Payments made by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order must be payable to the “City of Paramount” and must include the citation number on the check for reference. Do not send cash.
  
• Pay Online: You can pay your ticket using the online system by clicking "PAY NOW" option above. 

To contest a parking citation issued by the City of Paramount, an appeal request in writing must be made within 21 days of the date the citation was issued, including weekends and holidays. In the written appeal, please include a copy of the parking citation and an explanation of why you believe you did not violate the cited parking law.
